Wednesday 28th May at the Devonport Guildhall, 9:15am - 1:00pm.

Join us for the next PMHC event – an opportunity to connect, learn, and share ideas with others. The event will feature speakers from local charities and organisations, along with a speed networking session aimed at exploring how we can work together to support mental health and wellbeing in our communities.

It’s a chance to collaborate, exchange knowledge, and strengthen efforts toward a healthier future for everyone. Coffee on arrival & lunch will be provided at the end of the sessions offering the chance to continue conversations.
