Job Opportunity - DMHA Assistant Programme Manager

The Devon Mental Health Alliance (DMHA) is a partnership of local organisations from the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector (ILP, Devon Mind, Shekinah, Rethink, Exeter Colab and Step One) strategically working at a system level in partnership with Livewell South West (LSW) , Devon Mental Health Partnership Trust (DPT) and the Devon Integrated Care Board (ICB) which aims to make mental health support services across the county more accessible, more effective, and more suited to the needs of their users.

ROLE SUMMARY

To provide senior management support within the programme management function of DMHA, taking a lead on all aspects of performance management, improvement, contract management and identified areas of project management responsibility.

Supporting organisational and system change that assists transformation. Managing the set up and delivery of multiple projects within the overall programme, working with colleagues and subject matter experts to scope, plan design and deliver those projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To take the lead in establishing and maintaining effective programme management controls to monitor and analyse performance and impact, identifying emerging needs, monitoring finance expenditure, agreed KPIs and project milestones, quality assurance, data protection and compliance across all areas of DMHA activity.
